With 30 years’ experience in the Tourism and Hospitality industries, hosting events over the past 8 years and vending at an array of events, we can offer you a vending solution customized to your needs.
We went back to basics and decided that the saying “less is more” still holds true today.
What makes us different..
- We specialize and by doing so, our service is streamlined, offering quick, easy and affordable choices.
- Each trailer has at least 2 staff members dedicated to fulfilling customer orders. Additional kitchen staff prepares meals only.
- All staff serving customers have their own POS (point of sale) and debit/credit card machine. Snapscan and Zapper is also available as a payment option.
- Although we try our best to keep the waiting time in our queues as short as possible, it can never be eliminated. To make the waiting a bit more bearable we erected Gazebo’s in front of the trailers, and if we have access to water, our Misting System transforms the space into a refreshing oasis from the summer heat. We often hear comments like “Take your time, I am enjoying the queue” or “I think I will just get back in the queue…”
- Each trailer displays 2 x 3m Dolphin marketing banners visible from a distance.
- Our refrigeration truck(s) will be parked at the venue with additional stock to make replenishing stock quick and easy.
- Our trailers are in contact with our supply chain to maintain sufficient stock levels for our storage trailers.
- Our trailers are fully equipped vending trailers that are custom fitted and manufactured from the highest quality insulated panels and kitchen appliances.
- All trailers are equipped with gas and electricity.
- All trailers are registered and have the necessary certification.
- All personnel are trained, are highly motivated and share in the profit of their trailer.
- All trailers can accept any form of payment: cash, Zapper, Snapscan, credit cards or debit cards.
